Capacitor on Vref voltage follower

## Problem
U5001 is following the vref generated with a voltage divider.
However, for stability purposes, a capacitor (C5007) has been added, but it is shorted by a track.

## How to solve this?
Add a resistor instead of the short or remove the cap.
