Feature request: add commit info, and links to static binaries for mondaynet / dailynet

Just like the docker image, it'd be nice to also grab the link to the tarball of static binaries https://teztnets.xyz/mondaynet-about

PS: it is all there, but not obvious enough: the commit hash within octez is part of the docker tag, it could be made more obvious. Moreover:

• from tezos/tezos:master_254a9bdd_20220319194930
• One can make: https://gitlab.com/tezos/tezos/-/commit/254a9bdd
• and go click on the pipeline to find the static binaries job, click on it to get the artifact, 😅

I added the git ref to the metadata on teztnets.xyz/teztnets.json

For the static binaries, the question is whether gitlab can let me do that programatically... last time I checked I think there was no api for their packages so I can't trace from commit hash to artifact...
