This came up when going through the console with @wfchandler. It would be nice to explicitly link to silo images in order to establish that relationship and make it easier for someone to see where their image landed after promotion. The success toast after promotion does link to silo images, but that's not up on screen for very long.

We don't really have a pattern for putting more stuff in the header, but it seems like that is probably where it should go, maybe next to the docs popover button?
