Windows not tiled after launching system dialogs

Describe the bug
The tiled app window gets untiled as soon as any popup dialog is launched.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Fifefox (Ubuntu), window is tiled
2. Using the menu select ¨Save Page As¨
3. Firefox window is immediately detached from column and can be moved around
4. Click Cancel

Alternatively, same issue can be produced with VS Code and ¨Open Folder" dialog for example.

Expected behavior
Main app window remains tiled while using system dialogs.
