api 관련 최적화 이슈 #1

카테고리 검색이 모두 api query param을 사용해 되는것 같던데, 차라리 처음에 모든 카테고리를 다 가져온 뒤 변수 형태로 저장해서 변수를 이용해 검색 기능을 구현하면 서버 부하가 줄을 것 같습니다.
다른 api도 캐시를 사용하면은 서버 부하가 줄을 것 같습니다.

제가 자바스크립트를 하는 사람이 아니라, pr은 아쉽게도 못 해드릴 것 같습니다.
