Issues with VisualEditor 30 + WikiMedia 30

Problem

I've found some bugs related to version 30 of VisualEditor and WikiMedia using your Parsoid version 0.7.1.
For example images with link always broke after edition.

Fix

So I've updated the Docker image and changed the version to 0.8.0 and 0.9.0.
