Make button visibility contend dependent

How about if buttons only show up if there is corresponding content?

For instance, when visiting a circle that does not have any scheduled events, the event button could simply be hidden. This would also help differentiate between circles. Or if you are viewing the profile circle of someone you are not connected with, the video button does not show up etc. Less is more. :)
