Enhance pf-import-check with bundle-size detection #154

Description

@patternfly-jira-sync

Extend the existing pf-import-check skill to detect bundle-size anti-patterns in addition to import correctness. PF bundle bloat is almost entirely caused by import patterns — barrel imports from @patternfly/react-icons (1.8MB per SSR chunk), full patternfly.css instead of per-component CSS, and icon tree-shaking failures.

AC:

  • pf-import-check detects barrel imports from @patternfly/react-icons and suggests deep imports

  • Detects full patternfly.css imports and suggests per-component CSS alternatives

  • Detects duplicate PF module imports that inflate bundle

  • Existing import correctness checks continue to work unchanged

  • Eval updated to cover new bundle-size detection cases

**Eval requirement: **Create a corresponding eval issue (Eval: pf-{skill-name}), link it to this story, and the eval must pass before the skill can be marked Done.
