Bug - Nodes - Flicker active hover state in Firefox #292

@marshmalien

Description

@marshmalien

Describe the problem
When hovering over topology nodes in Firefox, the hover shadow state is inconsistent. The node appears to quickly transition between active and inactive hover states, causing the shadow to flash repeatedly.

How do you reproduce the problem?

  1. Open the PatternFly Topology demo: https://www.patternfly.org/topology/panzoom/
  2. Hover over a topology node.
    • Sometimes the bug occurs immediately when hovering the node’s label.
    • Sometimes you must first click the node, then hover over the label.
  3. Observe that the hover shadow rapidly appears/disappears, instead of remaining steady.

Expected behavior
On hover, the node should consistently display the hover shadow until the cursor leaves the node/label.
