Thanks! I think the "collapse up / collapse down" (fold up/fold down) explanation easily sticks in mind (it does for me), I hope it will stick with you too 😄

Looking back at your code, you should try to optimize the cascading for loops with for example itertools.product.

Something like this maybe:

from itertools import product

def my_function(b1, b2, b3, b4, b5):
    """Dummy function to check arguments"""
    print(f"{b1=} {b2=} {b3=} {b4=} {b5=}")

for args in product([True, False], repeat=5):
    my_function(*args)

... and also I like textwrap.dedent for doing templates on several lines but not having to stick it on the top left:

    return dedent(f"""\

        {(n + ('  ' if i else '')) if n1 else ''}

forget dedent ... you have some line returns with custom space and that might be all messed up :)

Indeed haha, good catch, I did want the indent to see how it behaves 🙂
But the itertools.product trick is nice! Would definitely use for something that is not a one-off script 😄 Thanks!
