Import error

Hey Paul

I exported content from a dev site to a new local site.
On Import I adjusted a user and then added the content: I received the following error message (I do not know if it is the same as before so that I am then adding a new issue for it.)

A plugin such as WooCommerce is active on the dev site but not active on the local site.

I imported again.
This time I activated WooCommerce at the receiving site and went through the wizard. I also Added the user joachim to the existing user joachim (not as a new user). The import completed with no visible errors above. It showed two errors below: Failed to import user "Mats" (probably because it did this the last time, and a failed to import "" (Post).

Receiving site:
It looks like the posts are in place containing only the post title and nothing else. - Empty posts -
It looks like all the media has been added to the media library.

The exporting site has language set to Norwegian. The receiving site to English.

I adjusted the receiving site to Norwegian and imported again.
The posts are still blank...

I went back to the exported site and this time only exported the posts.
Then imported the file into the receiving site. There are now duplicate posts, but atleast there is now content in the second set of posts.

I deleted all the posts and then imported the file again. It gave no errors and it did not import the posts this time..... Aha! I just deleted the posts but I did not empty the trash can. OK trash can is now emptied. I imported again and this time there are posts with images and text content.

As always, it'll be easier to figure out what is going on if you attach the WXR file so that I can try to import it myself.
