The os checker needs to be a little bit smarter:

4.18.14-1.el7.elrepo.x86_64
zlentz@psbuild-rhel7-02$ source pcdsdaq_lib_setup
OS must be rhel6 or rhel7
zlentz@psbuild-rhel7-01$ echo $PYTHONPATH
