Chinese characters cannot be entered in psql tool of pgadmin4

Chinese characters cannot be entered in psql tool of pgadmin4 .

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open psql tool or psql tool workspace;
2. Switch to Microsoft Pinyin Chinese input method;
3. Type Chinese characters;
4. No Chinese characters were entered.

Expected behavior

Chinese characters can be entered in psql of pgadmin4.

The issue is with the xterm.js package that we use in our PSQL tool. Issue is already registered at xterm.js.
