Install issue on Zikula 1.3.6 (215) #32
Comments
dizkus isn't using luMicula like it did a few months ago. you can use Dizkus without it. You can also try Scribite or BBCode and BBSmile if you want. Limicula will need to be adjusted to a ui_edit hook. |
@craigh thanks. I've used LuMicula on a live site and it's very nice to be able to easily customize the available bbcode and have things like the YouTube display. Hope LuMicula gets updated to work with the new Dizkus. Don't like the idea of using Scribite in a forum, would rather only allow bbcode, have never allowed html in forum posts, too many things a "creative" poster can do. |
@phaidon Now that there is an installable 1.3.6 and Dizkus is there a chance of Lumicula being updated? I really liked the concept and admin of your module. I know you are busy but Please? |
I wonder if the editors in LuMicuLa could be reimplemented as plugins for Scribite? I'm not familiar with this module or the editors within it enough to know if that's an option. Scribite is quickly extensible via editor plugins, so it might be an easy way? just a suggestion. |
So Lumicula is more like BBCode and BBSmile in that concept then. |
@craigh exactly. Lumicula bundles different markups. one is bbcode. |
When clicking on "Install LuMicula" in Extensions manager on 1.3.6 build 215 I get a green box warning at the top with
@craigh was trying out latest Dizkus and was installing this as recommended.
