Install breaking on Windows

Install breaking on Pharo 6 and 7 on Windows.
Assuming linux only but wanting to verify
(if windows is supported will post detailed breakage / If not - will look to porting and supporting)

I've been using client mode on Windows. I'd be curious to have more details about what is meant by 'install breaking' to try to reproduce the issue.

I think it was the issue with filetree format on windows. Now most of dependencies are migrated to Tonel. So I think it can be closed.
