Please, beware that recently a system update (MAS_EPD105_LBAM105_V09_230714) has been released wich add English language natively.

Does it work well? Can you provide screenshots of how to enable it?

To me it works well.
My device was already forced in English using the method described in this repo.
The original settings app is almost full translated, and also every other system messages that were still in Chinese even after forcing English before this update.

would the new English support change the code/instructions then?

Mine was put in English mode when it shipped (just received) I can't get the USB Debug mode to work. ADB returns nothing for the palm 5. Am I missing something?
