Last Modified does not currently show up on mobile

Describe the bug
Last Modified does not currently show up on mobile. This is a ticket to discuss/codify if we should address that or document that it is not intended on mobile (and whether that should also extend to Provided By which also occupies the same horizontal space)

That's mostly because we don't have room for that data, and we don't have designs for how it should look like (Can't remember if I saw prototypes for it in general)
