Propose Outline for Reverse Engineering Chapter

I have an outline and a start to a Reverse Engineering chapter already, but I would love to see a proposal from someone else passionate about the discipline.

This proposal should answer the following questions:

• What topics in Reversing will your chapter address
• What tools will you cover?
• What techniques will you cover?
• What demonstrations will you present and how?
• What tools will you recommend to new people starting out in this field?
