Automate AUR package updates on release

t3code-bin is already on the AUR at 0.0.11 and gets updated manually each release. In #1151 I put together a PKGBUILD template + a publish_aur CI job that would automatically push AUR updates whenever a stable tag is published, version bump, sha256 recompute, all hands-off.

Closed the PR since the package already exists, but the automation is ready to go. Would be great to either:

• Get co-maintainer access on the AUR package so CI can push directly
• Or you adopt the template/workflow on your end

why I think package is updated manually on AUR:

• there's nothing in CI here to automate it
• the package was updated a few days after the v0.0.11 tag dropped (not same-day like you'd see with automation),
• maintaining a separate repo just for AUR releases is unlikely.

you could've just looked into my repos... maria-rcks/t3code-aur it is automated

and if aur belongs on the main repo or no i'll leave julius / theo to decide that
