trying to get codex to be auto detected on windows and it clearly doesnt work and is broken

Expected behavior

for it to auto detect i have codex installed.

it wont detect that i have codex installed.

i did that and uninstalled and did the default install and still the same shit like how is it this fucking broken. and not being fixed

this is almost definitely cause you were on a very old version of codex that we don't support
