I thought about this twice and still think it would better user exp. if the full name of the option shows up when user hover over the option. As shown in the screenshot, it's under Settings -> Editor. Those options are Camera Clip Near and Camera Clip Far. In the screenshot those two names are collapsed. If user drag the edges of the inspector and they will see the full names of the options like in the screenshot below.
However, if full name of the option is added above the descriptions like in the image below
, users wont need to resize the inspector window. I think this is something can be improved. If adding more words will slow down the loading time of a project, please kindly leave a comment. As I am also a learner.
