Firstly, Thank you for implementing 360 video export, this is great on so many levels.
2 findings:
When selecting 4096x2048 resolution, I get a 'Failed To Render' error, with both either H264 or HEVC selected.
Secondly, When rendering in 3840x1920 (which works with both codecs), with identical settings, surprisingly the HEVC variant is larger in filesize whilst having lower bitrate.
I would expect HEVC having more compression, thus less file size, at the identical resolution.
(this was tested on local machine deployment from the main tree)
