Align on Documentation Approaches #97
Description
Currently, only some of our rules have stardoc docs. From my understanding it is due to issues with the transitive dependencies of certain rules. Given this limitation, we should weigh the benefits of using stardoc and align on either contributing fixes to those issues, or a new documentation paradigm for these rules.
