Bug description

Guys, I've identified a possible bug in the new version 11.0.0
When creating a task, it is associating the task creator as the person responsible for the call, which should not happen. I don't know if this is a new feature. I looked for it in the entity and general configuration and found nothing about it, but when it comes to tasks, based on version 10l, I understand that this should not happen, because any technician who has access to the ticket can create a task for themselves or someone else, but that does not necessarily make them responsible for that ticket.

For each task technician, he is unnecessarily assigning them as responsible for the call.
