Linking here for visibility.

@franciscoaguirre created a guide for Parachain developers for how to change the Parachain's DOT/KSM reserve location from Relay to AH.

We'll keep this issue open until all stages of the migration are complete. We will track here any missing information from the guide, and update the guide.
