Consider adding other dev consoles and/or a curated list of frontends for specific purposes

dotconsole.app and PAPI console would be good to include in the dev console section as alternatives to PJS apps.

I think we could consider adding more frontends for the Polkadot ecosystem to this as well in the various categories (staking, governance etc), or a link out to a list somewhere else - to the main Polkadot website maybe.

I'm sure many people land here when trying to find ways to interact with Polkadot and I think there should be a good range of user friendly options to take part in things not covered by wallets or dev consoles.
