Allow sharing DLL files to install custom rulesets

[ziv-vy]

Just like how you can import beatmaps by sharing them, I believe it would be super useful to be able to do the same with rulesets (so you wouldn't need to perform nonsense like moving a file using a PC with USB file sharing to have them work on mobile).

Also right click to delete the ruleset.

They won't work on mobile for other reasons. Making them work is likely not possible, or very very very high bar.

From my testing, most rulesets worked after simply using a file manager and a secondary device on Android to move the DLL file (the majority had no proper mobile controls tho).
Do you mean that they will stop working soon on these platforms to comply with Apple's/Google's "no running unauthorised code" rules?
