Remove "Leaderboards may be reset" notice on loved maps

Now that unloving at the mapper's discression is no longer possible, this notice should be removed. The chance of losing your score due to an unlove is now somewhat comparible with losing it on a ranked set (for ex. due to AI mapping).

Moreover, with unloves being completely out of the question, Loved leaderboards are here to stay, avoiding users from having their scores deleted on a whim.

Unloves can still happen for technical reasons if it transpires that screening from the loved team was insufficient to catch issues.

And so can unraks, but there isn't a warning about that.
