Make the osu version copyable

[I-AmBen]

a "copy" button near the version would be nice

For now, you can right click it.

Oh wow I didn't knew it thanks

[I-AmBen]

I won't mark this as answer though because this solution is really unintuitive and we ideally would need a more intuitive way to copy

[peppy]

I'm not against adding a copy button next to the version. Would probably need some rethinking of design though, because the current display is a full clickable button itself and I don't know how to make this look good with a copy button next to it.

Maybe the best outcome for it would be by getting a small icon like this one as an example that could indicate that It's where you should click in order to copy? 🤔

I think a simpler option (to prevent design changes) could be to just swap/update the mouse actions, here are a few ideas:

• (changed) CLICK: copies the version number (which I believe is a common thing, even in other programs, when displaying debug information);
• (new) DOUBLE-CLICK to open changelog;
• (new) HOVER: show a "click to copy, right-click for more options" tooltip (not really necessary, but might improve UX);
• RIGHT-CLICK for a context menu with the following options:
  • "Copy version" (keeping it as a legacy thing / secondary way);
  • (new) "See/Open changelog" (same deal).

Does that sound somewhat intuitive?
