Select BeatmapSet With The Closest Title When Switching Rulesets In Song Select

[menvae]

Good QoL and just feels natural to be on the same song (if it matches) when switching.
You wouldn't have to search for the same song if the set doesn't already have a spread for it. More predictable than what happens as of now when switching rulesets.
