Bug description

After updating osu!lazer to the latest version (2026.920.0), Multiplayer becomes very laggy.

During Multiplayer gameplay, I see "WiFi limit" and the game becomes noticeably stuttery/laggy. This happens even though my Wi-Fi connection itself is normal.

Singleplayer gameplay works normally without this issue.

Can you explain what "wifi limit" is? Where are you seeing this?

It's shown during a Multiplayer match on Windows 11.

After the latest osu!lazer update (2026.920.0), Multiplayer sometimes becomes very laggy/stuttery. I noticed the text "WiFi limit" appearing in the Multiplayer gameplay UI.

I originally thought it was related to my Wi-Fi connection, but my Wi-Fi itself is working normally. Singleplayer gameplay is also normal.

I can provide a screenshot of where the "WiFi limit" text appears if needed.

That's not something in our UI. Please provide a screenshot.

Update: I think I may have updated Windows or one of my drivers recently, and since then I rarely see the issue anymore, or I haven't seen it at all.

I'm not completely sure what fixed it, so the issue seems to be much less frequent now.
