add a minor kiai time

[lacrymiraaaa]

some songs have some drops smaller than others, and thats okay, size isnt all that matters, but there only being one level of kiai time other than zero kind of forces a compromise that forces mappers to downplay one of the drops comparatively, and it's too much a limitation to breed creativity.
perhaps an intensity slider controlling star fountain density and pulse brightness? the effects subsection isnt too crowded at all

[Basensorex]

this is funny i like the idea of an intensity slider
