Symptom
During gameplay, the same beatmap song plays twice simultaneously. Normal in song
select / menu, but as soon as gameplay starts there are two identical tracks.
Confirmed as two instances of the same song (not music + hitsounds) by setting
AudioOffset to 500ms — the two copies become clearly audible half a second apart.
Evidence: the same beatmap is set twice in the same second

Suspected cause
osu.Game/OsuGameBase.csguards against duplicate track adds with an identity check:If
WorkingBeatmap.TransferToproduces two different Track objects while the beatmapcache is invalidated/refreshed (as in the log above), the
!=guard passes both timesand both tracks end up in the TrackManager, playing simultaneously.
Already ruled out
pw-dumpshows only 1 osu Stream/Output/Audio nodeno audio stream via ffprobe
BeatmapHitsounds = False, and both sounds are the same songEnvironment
