Certain mania scroll speeds cannot be selected

slightly annoying, but when trying to increase the scroll speed from 26.2 by 0.1, the next scroll speed will be 26.4, and there is no real way to select 26.3. theoretically one can select 1.3 for example, and then skip up all the way to 26.3 by using arrow keys, but very unintuitive. happens similarely with other scroll speeds like 20.2, 21.2, etc
I remember every scroll speed being selectable with the old UI. I increase my scroll speed very slowly over time by 0.1 increments. thats how i happened to come across this. im not sure if this is the only place this issue pops up since it seems to be occuring due to the new UI, it might also appear somewhere else, though I have no idea.

As a workaround you can now type any number into the slider bar by clicking to the left.

Also FWIW the logic hasn't changed at all, so maybe it's just that you're trying to adjust over a smaller number of pixels.
