alias: reloaded versions of :repl/basic and :repl/headless

Consider adding a variant that includes the clojure.tool.namespace for the aliases

- :repl/basic -> :relp/basic-reload
- :repl/headless -> :relp/headless-reload

Review the documentation and elaborate on which aliases to use for a reloaded workflow
