the current file picker doesn't have thumbnails and inconsistent with the file manger

also i'v been using hyprdots for 4 months and a git package allwas break somthing, i just had to remove karchive-git kcodecs-git kconfig-git kcoreaddons-git kdbusaddons-git kdoctools-git kguiaddons-git ki18n-git knotifications-git kwidgetsaddons-git kwindowsystem-git polkit-qt6-git then install the normal packages without git so dolphin would work

can you screenshot a file picker that not show thumbnails and with show thumbnails.

because i didn faced this on dolphin even i'm using all git version.
