Closing the Toc location list with :q with scrooloose/syntastic installed closes the entire buffer instead of just the Toc window

WONTFIX request for them to do that: vim-syntastic/syntastic#631

By default, doing :q quits the Toc (location list).

But scooloose/syntastic changes that and closes the entire buffer, breaking this plugin.

This is specially bad since they don't use the location list by default.

The workaround is to use lcl, but that generates much greater effort.
