Configuring read timeout

urllib3.exceptions.ReadTimeoutError: HTTPConnectionPool(host='host.docker.internal', port=9200): Read timed out. (read timeout=10)

Is there a way to configure elasticsearch-dbapi so that it increases the timeout or disables it all together when querying ES?
