Code Review
This pull request refactors the tag search and collection functionality by consolidating TagSearchCollectViewController and TagSearchCollectViewReactor into TagSearchViewController and TagSearchViewReactor, respectively. The changes involve updating project build settings to remove the deleted files and add a new SearchTextFieldView+Rx.swift extension. The TagSearchViewController now dynamically manages the display of search terms and tag collection cards, including handling favorite tag actions, card detail navigation, and toast messages for success/failure. Additionally, the UITextField extension's shouldChangeCharactersIn method was enhanced with a hasSpaces parameter to control space removal, and several placeholder cells (HomePlaceholderViewCell, NotificationPlaceholderViewCell) were updated to support dynamic text and improved multi-line display. A minor UI adjustment was made to MemberInfoView, and DetailViewCell now uses UILabel.sizeToFit() for more accurate height calculations.
