In Fabric.md

• The NOCSR process uses inputs from the Attestation Procedure, signing the CSRSR information, and thus validating the request for the CA to generate a trusted NOC.

^ what is CSRSR here? certificate signing request signing request? Is this trying to say that the attestation key is used to sign the NOCSR elements?
