What are your thoughts about maintaining a copy of the copilot file in markdown and linking it into an example GitHub space to get picked up by copilot chat automagically? That would allow both the ask and custom chat modes for the users in that org to automatically pick up the settings and use them without user intervention. It's not agent mode but it might get the juices flowing if bubbles up the use case in our docs and demos.
