Auto deploy to website space of sourceforge

In #12, @BlueSkyDetector san adds config file of travis.

I was afraid to deploy when a commit is pushed to all branch.
But, when a commit is pushed to only master branch, I understand to deploy with following way:

We add Following lines to .tavis.yml file

branches:
  except:
    - master
