save_registry never called

This issue involves the interconnection between nanda-index and nanda-index-frontend. During normal usage the nanda-index-frontend never makes a call to /register. Because of this, nanda-index does not create the agent_registry table. And without the agent_registry table, the chat-frontend fails to let a user sign in, returning the error message "No available agents".

I can fix this but it is unclear to me if this code is actively being developed and did not want to waste time if not. but respond if so and I'll make a pull request.
