Can t work with SNMPv3

Good afternoon, I spent about two days trying to connect the exporter with the third version of SNMP, but it doesn’t want to connect it to any one. Could you help me, maybe give me some instructions?

1. Your link doesn't work in my country.
2. I asked you, as a developer, whether your exporter supports the SMNP protocol version 3. If so, are there any instructions for integrating it or configuring it to communicate with the switch?
