Display the current code id for smart contracts on explorer

Summary

Currently, on explorer.test.provenance.io I am seeing that only the original code id that a contract was instantiated at is being displayed. When a contract is migrated, that information is not being updated

Problem Definition

The information on explorer is not reflective of the actual blockchain state which can be confusing

Proposal

• Display the current code id on explorer
• Display all previous code ids of a contract on explorer
