Summary
The IBC relay is an important part of the blockchain infrastructure that should be run by multiple parties to ensure seamless transfer of assets between Provenance and Cosmos Hub (or other Cosmos chains). In order to ensure this capability is provided a reference deployment of the Hermes relay should be provided.
Problem Definition
If there is not continuous and reliable relay between chains funds can be lost/locked. To ensure this does not occur at least one instance of the IBC relayer must be running on a continuous basis.
Proposal
Create a deployment configuration and associated documentation for running an IBC relayer for the Provenance Blockchain against the CosmosHub (reference implementation. Run a reference relayer instance within the provenance-io infrastructure.
