Data structure for indexing multidimensional data.

Forked by https://github.com/mgonnav/x-tree and heavily modified.

Modifications

Supports any multidimensional dataset.
Added range queries.
Added best first search algorithm for kNN.
Improved insertion time.
Added sequential scan.
Plenty minor code refactoring.
