Broken integration tests

## Describe the Bug

It looks like [this commit](https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs-websphere_application_server/commit/60ae13c780550794dba64e5d32ba4fb44ee54745) unintentionally broke the integration tests by removing the rake task.

## Expected Behavior
Integration tests should run.
