Technical Story: Add Edit Modal

Description

Currently it is only possible to create new certificates, experiences, ... but not to edit already existing ones. Therefore, on the member details page it should be possible to edit these things by clicking on a row in the table. The same modal as for creating one should be opened with all the data prefilled.

The title of the modal should make it clear that this is an edit

Acceptance Criteria

• An edit modal should open itself when a row is clicked
• The title should mention that it is an edit
• On save, the existing entry gets modified

Additional Information

• This can probably reuse a lot of existing things with minor tweaks
