Team wise, today, we have two engineers solely focused on the games (and occasionally touching the front-end of the app), an engineer focused on the API and then me, who will do a bit of everything. We have 2 meetings a week, unless we're close to a game launch, then we check-in every day with a focus on that game. We're nearly entirely a slack only team, and we generally use GitHub Issues and GitHub Org Projects to keep track of what we're doing.
